Hailing from Oakland, TURFinc is a dance company led by Jonny 5 Lopez. Turf is an ever-evolving style of dance that's influenced by each dancer's personal story—the group strives to create a positive platform for dancers, youth, and the community, while helping all Turf dancers develop a commitment to their craft to prepare for bigger challenges they might face in life.
