The man behind Alma at The Standard, Hollywood has invited his talented chef pals for a bi-monthly collaboration to think up fun and fresh doughnut flavors. Jessica Koslow of Sqirl and Jon Shook + Vinny Dotolo of Animal are coming up, but Baroo's Kwang Uh has a deep-fried dessert ready to order now at Alma. Kwang's doughnut has coconut kabocha squash glazed, banana filling, fried mochi, and candied pumpkin seeds, and yuzu zest toppings.
